Early morning on August 19th, EU-001 became unresponsive to the larger majority of requests. cbtec Technologies was unable to resolve the issue due to an inability to contact the server. After 14 hours of unresponsiveness, EU-001 rebooted successfully and all operations were restored to full capacity.
cbtec Technologies is looking into resolving issues similar to this in the future such that automatic re-routing techniques are enabled. Load balancing is controlled via EU-001 - It's clear that this system has a single point of failure and we're working on fixing these issues ASAP.
